The Kiss is a series based on a reinterpretation of Gustav Klimt's work. The paintings were silk-screened
on antique Lambert's glass, following traditional stained glass methods. The series is a before, during and
after commentary on the controversy surrounding the passing of gay marriage in Boston, Massachusetts,
where I was living at the time. This work was made collaboratively, with input from others. My appreciation
to all of those who helped, some chose to be anonymous.
