
| Deenie Pacik, an artist living in Providence, Rhode Island, works in fused and stained glass, and recently began writing and illustrating childrens' books and coloring books. She exhibits in galleries and juried shows, does commission work, and has taught studio art at the Fuller Craft Museum, Diablo Glass School, Rhode Island School of Design Continuing Ed, and the Boston Architectural College. She will be teaching stained glass at Franklin Pierce University this Fall. She received her MFA from the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University in 2008, has studied at the Museum School in Boston, as well as at Pilchuck Glass School. She received the Museum of Fine Arts Enterprise Design award, the Dorothy Maddy Scholarship from the Stained Glass Association of America, and will be attending Pilchuck Glass School on scholarship this summer. |
